What You Are Actually Paying For
An epoxy floor price is the sum of a few real things, not a single rate:
The system
A thin sealed coating, a self-levelling build, a broadcast/quartz body and a trowel-applied mortar are different floors with different material and labour. The system is set by what the floor carries — a forklift floor and a showroom floor are priced worlds apart, correctly.
The slab beneath it
This is the variable most quotes quietly skip. In Ghana’s 81–83% humidity, trapped slab moisture is the number-one cause of epoxy failure.
